Coldwell Banker Realty, Hawaii’s leading real estate firm is currently seeking a dedicated, full time Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Windward branch location on Oahu.

The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our highly productive real estate office. This position is instrumental in achieving key marketing objectives and ensuring the representation of our Company's brand image contributing to continued growth of branch and its Sales Associates.

Responsibilities for this role include:
  • Efficiently processing and maintaining of sales files; process listings, escrows and closings
  • Timely processing of commissions
  • Handling multi-line phone system and warmly greeting customers
  • Assisting Sales Associates with advertising/marketing needs
  • Help drive agent adoption of the various Coldwell Banker support tools and systems
  • Creating various marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, postcards, social media posts and ads by leveraging company templates and other resources
  • Participating in onboarding process for new Sales Associates
  • Interacting with Title companies and updating commission demands as needed
  • Proficiency using general office equipment, including email, fax, scanners, copiers, printers and phones
  • Managing the office Facebook page
  • Delivering high level of customer service to clients and our Sales Associates
Basic Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a real estate office is beneficial
  • Minimum of one year experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Demonstrated accuracy in data entry for a minimum of one year
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internet usage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate various assignments while maintaining poise and excellent customer service
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, coordinate and prioritize projects and provide excellent customer service
  • Proactive and independent work style, coupled with strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
